![]() I have now been to my bank to request a chargeback. I have done everything I can, I even completely reinstalled my OS, reinstalled the game, played it as a completely virgin game and it was fine, then the only thing I did was perform the 'update' and it broke, causing all of the same problems as before. ![]() ![]() I have messaged their Facebook page and been ignored, and I have left comments on their Facebook posts, only to have those comments deleted and for them to continue to ignore me. Since then, I have tried to work with their customer non-support, but have been ignored. ![]() I paid nearly seventy pounds for the 'season pass' for FS22 and it ran fine until their completely inept developers released an 'update' which broke it. ![]()
